We have a network of web sites targeting all the major types of leads available and have other strategic affiliate partners who generate leads for us.

Are your leads exclusive?
Yes, our strict lead supply policy is that all of our leads are unique and exclusive, to you the broker. Our allocation software is set up accordingly.

What is a Telephone Qualified Lead?
A telephone lead is when we contact the client and check through the details that they have submitted. We will confirm that they are able to complete a mortgage within (max) 4 months and also arrange a preferred time for you, as the broker, to contact them.

How do I pay for my leads?
The best method of payment is online by credit or debit card, although we do accept bank transfers (bacs and faster payments) and cheques. If paying by cheque, 7 days clearance will be required before amount due is credited to your account. Our online payment system is both 3d secure and verified by visa.

How will I receive my leads?
Your leads will be delivered to the email address and mobile number you specify when you sign up or subsequently in your online control panel. The online control panel will also allow you to view leads and send back any non valid leads. You can also specify how many leads and which lead types you require, this can be done with a daily maximum and monthly limit.

How quickly will I receive my leads?
Instantly, as soon as the customer has filled in the mortgage enquiry form the lead will be sent to our distribution server and sent to the broker allocated the lead. The customer will also be informed of the company name or broker name that will be contacting them.
