Comprehensive Refund Policy
Did you know we even replace leads that are confirmed as uncontactable!
We will issue a full refund:
- If the lead is outside LTV or other criteria specified for the lead type
- If the lead is an obvious hoax containing false contact information (e.g. Mickey Mouse)
- If the lead is a duplicate
- If the client is a non-UK resident
- If the telephone number supplied is proven to be incorrect
We will not issue a refund:
- If the lead is more than 7 days old
- If the lead does not immediately convert to business
- If you can't beat the clients existing quotes
- If you can't book in a home visit
- If the clients have changed their minds
- If you call the lead and they have already arranged their own policy/mortgage
- If the telephone number is proven to be correct (this is established by an online 192 check or by call and connection to a spouse, family member or place of work)
General Refund Information:
- Refunds are processed as quickly as possible and you will receive a decision from us, by email, on the outcome of every request. Should your request be successful we will aim to get your replacement lead/s to you within 7 working days of your receiving this email notification .
- Please refrain from submitting repeat requests as this can cause delays in the processing of refunds.
